I would use Blackboard Collaborate (formerly Elluminate) to provide professional development to teachers or schools on a variety of topics incorporating educational technology. Most webinars would be free to educators but other, more structured sessions will be designed to present a variety of topics/apps to teachers on a negotiated fee.
