Increasing the usage of Collaborate at institutions

Collaborate is a very well-known tool that extends e-learning. I have had around 3 years of experience in implementing and training of institutions on Blackboard & Elluminate. During this tenure, I have had issues on bridging the gap between instructed-led face-to-face sessions and delivering learning online means.
