- I am a PhD researcher from University of Nottingham exploring a framework to mediate collaborative knowledge-building and sharing in the online social networking setting. In 2008 I created the non-profit Caribbean Educators network (www.caribbeaneducatorsnetwork.com) which serves as the research and design setting for my exploration. My exploration has so far resulted in a nascent e-mediating model with a number of processes and presences.

I am really excited to have received this announcement! I first outline my setting then I go on to describe the proposal and later provide how Blackboard Collaborate fits into this frame. Perhaps I will add more comments as I go along.
