Hey David, you and Sharon should check outhttp://learntobe.org. We are constantly looking for volunteer online tutors, and even tutor trainers if you are interested. I would be happy to give you a tour of how we currently tutor. We are considering using Blackboard Collaborate as well and we have already started using it for our national conferences.
