telephony Bridge
Hello,
I am trying to connect a telephony bridge into my course, I set up my collaborate session from Learn, put in all telephone numbers and pins, but when I launch the session the telephony is not set up? anyone have information on this?

I'm not sure about the Learn part, since I don't use it, but just making sure that you know you have to initiate the connection once in the session--it doesn't open the bridge automatically. I'm guessing that's not your issue, but just making sure...

Yes- also, i cant believe blackboard collaborate doesnt give you the option to mute participants using the telephony and the moderator still open? A lot of my instructors use the phone? I hope blackboard is looking into a better phone option. Right now telephony doesnt seem to fit the bill!
