Blackboard Collaborate demo videos

Are there any really good demo videos out there which show someone the basics of Blackboard Collaborate, i.e. how to write on the whiteboard, how to change pages, delete things, copy in other content etc?

I'm looking for something that I can embed in my website, so preferably a Youtube video.
